BPO Passport
Objective:
BPO Passport helps to learn how the BPO industry functions. BPO Passport also helps understand the tasks an Agent is required to do in various BPOs, the basics of customer handling and remote selling, the dos and don'ts on the job as an agent and language popular in the BPO industry.
Eligibility for Registration:
Minimum should have passed XII.
Number of Modules:
4 including 3 industry-preparation modules and I Career Map module on career planning; this program includes preparation for the BCI CCIP Certification Examination.
Training Methodology:
Combination of Instructor-led classroom training; role plays; practical assignments; BPO-visits
Total Number of Assessments: 7 (Quizzes: 3 + Role Plays: 3 + CCIP Exam: 1)
